A very concise, basic list for Healthy Eating Tips:
1. Consume carbs in the form of whole grains & fiber
2. Avoid trans fats & saturated fats (trans fats are "man made" fats with no health benefits)
3. Eat lean protein
4. Fill up on plenty of Fruits & Vegetables
*Scientists are now saying that you need about 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity 5 days a week for a healthy heart. It doesn't have to be 30 minutes all at once, however, you may exercise 10 minutes, three times a day to fulfill the same requirement.
